Question: How do I find the right vehicle for me?
Answer: All three Automax locations are fully stocked with SUVs, sedans, economy cars, sport and high performance coupes, minivans, and pickup trucks. If we don't have it, ask us. We may be able to find it for you! Use our Search Inventory section of this web site to find your next car today.

Question: Do you offer a warranty on your vehicles?
Answer: Yes! We offer a 6 Month/6,000 Mile Limited Warranty on all Automax vehicles. This limited warranty has been designed to protect you from issues that are no fault of your own such as: major engine, transmission, and drive train. We also have an extended 12/12! Question: What is the Automax Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection?
Answer: Our goal is to find quality cars and make them better. Every vehicle at Automax undergoes a four stage, multi-point vehicle inspection before it goes out to one of our convenient locations. The cars that do not meet our quality standards are sold to other dealers, or sent to the auction. As a result, the comfort and security we provide our customers is unmatched by our competitors. Question: How do I comment on your award-winning customer service?
Answer: Easy. We understand the stress of automobile ownership and want our customers to know we are there for them. To facilitate this, we have a dedicated, private toll-free number set up for those customers who want to leave a private voice message.  This number is (866) 713-1966.  We also have a private comment box located here for those customers who prefer to leave a comment or by postal mail or email.

Question: Do you provide any reports for your vehicles?
Answer: Yes! We can provide every customer with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report that confirms mileage accuracy, previous ownership, recalls, accidents, and remaining factory warranties. Nothing is hidden from the CARFAX Vehicle History Report. We encourage a CARFAX prior to every sale to ensure complete confidence and satisfaction. Read more here.
